"The staff was doing their best, but many were brand new. The breakfast buffet was lacking even though the sweet staff member was doing her best. The room was damp and the sink didn't drain well. Not every floor has an ice maker. The first floor was dealing with flooding and was slippery. The ice maker on the first floor had poor tasting ice. The elevators were weird. The dryer was out so we couldn't do laundry. My feet were black from walking around the room."
