"Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...

"Pleasant and friendly check in, clean showers and bathroom."

"The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Providing firmer or more supportive pillow options would greatly enhance guest comfort. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great however there were limited meat options available. "This was my first time staying here. It is a simple, quiet and cozy hotel located in the outskirts of the city, perfect for a short getaway. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, and the air conditioner provided me with a comfortable sleep at night. Overall it is much better than the other hotels of the same level...

"Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable"

"Service is great. Great Shops and Food close by. Easy way to use the train station too."

"Nice room for budget hotel"

"Smelly and noisy at night "

"Good Location, very convenient to get to concert venue at axiata arena or stadium Bukit Jalil. Bukit Jalil LRT also is conveniently nearby to ride on. 24 hours convenience stores are conveniently available downstairs."

"価格が手頃だったので不満はありません。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。 駅が近いのは良かったですがレストランが少なかったのは残念でした。"
