"Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and was really pleasantly surprised. We booked a private room for 3 with our own private bathroom. It was very clean and the hostel itself is quite cool. Unfortunately we booked at the weekend of the Aste Nagusia festival and our room overlooked a square with a concert going on till 1 am. We were advised in advance but not at the time of booking so it was noisy. Nevertheless this is a great spot, very convenient location. We didn't have breakfast...
"Location was good but the place was not worth what I paid for it. The property seemed rundown, my room floor was dirty and the air conditioning remote didn’t work. One of the windows was broken and couldn’t be opened properly. Noisy at times."

"Great location, lovely rooms, hot but celling fan was pretty good considering the 43 degree heat ! They were also installing AC when we were there . Entry hall has lots of stairs and smells a bit but reception was nice and staff helpful. Fabulous part of Bilbao to be in close to some amazing restaurants and bars so lots of breakfast choices very close . No parking that I could see but we were on foot. Loved it!"
"I took a train to Bilbao, and the Residentia was within easy walking distance. The facility was incredibly clean and honestly, if someone had told me it had just been built completed the day before I would've believed them. I can't say enough about the staff. The two women that were at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, andmore than helpful as they got me glasses needed to witness the eclipse. Thank you."
"La chambre était propre j'ai aimé, sauf que à mon arrivée j'ai un peu galeré,j'ai pas trouvé la réception de l’hôtel,il y'a un numéro de téléphone qu’il faut appeler et du coup la dame au téléphone elle parle seulement espagnol et en tant que touriste et étranger c'est un peu chaud pour se comprendre sur ce qu'elle dit, mais pour le reste j'étais vraiment satisfait.

"Clean, well located. Corner rooms have wrap around terrace. Deluxe room has no true closet and bathrooms are not true rooms - more like glass booths. Overall good but minimal. The sole lift was incredibly slow, even the door! Mostly used the stairs. Good coffe bar and common area."
