I received no cancellation notice. During all that my family and I were stranded for an hour on the street...

"We stayed in “Bianca”, a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for 2 weeks. Very comfortable and convenient. There was an elevator in the building that was not mentioned in the description! Great location where everything was walking distance and convenient. Highly recommended. "
