"WARNING! Hotels.com confirmed our stay, we paid for the accommodation, but when we arrived in the hotel, the reception said that there is NO RESERVATION in our name as they DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT with Hotels.com and that they are fully booked. We had to find another accommodation, while money was paid to Hotels.com for no reservation service at all."

"The location is good but the facility has no elevator. No kettle or coffee available. Restaurant has only lunch and dinner. Nearest restaurant is far. The check in was horrible. First we were taken to a non-ac room on second floor. After we pointed out the error we were taken to the first floor. Okay for a night’s sleep, but not for longer stays."

"The hotel had no food or amenities. Did not even have a breakfast of any kind. I have never been to such a hotel. "

"Location was very close to 5falls with neat and clean rooms. Food needs to be ordered thru swiggy or zomato. Nice and pleasant stay."

"Excellent"

"This is a newly built camping style place. The rooms are nice for the outdoor location. Working ceiling fans, sliding glass doors. I spent some time with one of the owners who has great English and is a great guy. It’s really a great location to make as a home camp to take safari jeeps from, which the site can easily order for you. They also can arrange walking trips through the wild park with a park ranger. Great group of people running this place!!"

"Staff are excellent. Facilities are not adequate. No toilet paper and no microwave or coffee kettle. Could upgrade little more "
