I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. It took about an hour before they finally agreed to give me a room. Unfortunately, the room itself was dirty and had several damages. Due to the festival and lack of alternative...

"Very simple, small rooms with low standard an NO sound isolation. Impractical and staff never took away trash. Very uncomfortable, hard bed with no top mattress. The aircondition leaked water over my whole luggage. Very impractical placement of the hotel, with stairs of 200+ steps to go up/down. Also a lot of steap stairs in the hotel itself."

"Honestly I needed a place to stay last minute the staff were nice enough but the room was absolutely disgusting. As someone who has stayed in hostels they have always been much nicer than this it was truly disgusting. "
