"I booked this location for a guest from Chicago who wasn't going to rent a car. There was no need! He LOVED it here! The location was perfect for him to walk to the beach, eateries, open market, etc. I didn't have to "babysit" him - he had everything he needed at his fingertips. He arrived later than expected, so I was able to go in and place all his necessities - food, drinks, etc. Knutson was amazing! I bothered them to assist with extending and extending his stay - when he didn't...

"This entire experience was nothing short of amazing. At first I was apprehensive to live completely off the grid but after staying here I would definitely do it again. When we first arrived the host met us, gave us an entire tour of his property, including his beautiful animals as well as explaining what it’s like to live off grid. Made us feel right at home as if we had been friends a long time. The home was cozy, it does get a little cold so be prepared. The grill and fire pit was a nice touch...

"Lovely 3 bedroom home in a residential area close to everything. Well supplied with responsive management and nice and clean. We especially appreciated the well stocked beach supplies; the umbrellas are a must have!"

"Very nice facilities, staff friendly and helpful, gorgeous views of the ocean from a roomy and furnished balcony where we drank coffee and ate breakfast every morning. Also loved the location - conveniently close yet away from the busy hustle. There was even snorkel gear and boogie boards provided by the host that we enjoyed using. My family stayed for a week and look forward to doing it again."

"Our biggest disappointment was the lack of a door providing privacy from the bedroom to the master bathroom / toilet. A pocket door would fit nicely. There were no instructions on use of the myriad of remote controls -- from controlling the lanai fan and lights / living room fan / light and the TV with its various attachments. We couldn't figure how to turn the TV on until the 3rd day. Battery on one of the lanai controlers was dead. The carpet in the master bedroom is showing signs of...
