Apart from the views from my room and the efficiency of the organisation, what I most loved what how friendly, attentive and down-to-earth the staff were, especially the owner, whose name I sadly didn’t get (Denise?!). "Pool was closed, even the water fountain was turned off. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable. The shower was one you had to hold to use as they didn't have a fixture on the wall. Only hand soap, no shampoos or shower gel provided. No breakfast. We asked to leave our bag before we checked in and they told us to leave it behind the sofa in the lobby,...

"Perfect in every way. The accomodation was in a perfect location, opposite the small road to Troulos beach and with a supermarket and bus stop 20 on its doorstep. It was spotlessly clean, modern and airy with everything you could wish for. The owner, manager and house maid were amazing, so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. "
