"VERY disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was fine at the desk, but the hotel is generally in really bad disrepair. Wallpaper peeling everywhere in the halls, almost every room door we walked by was dented, like they had been hit with something. Paint scuffed and chipped off most every door facing. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. Our room was very run down - stained carpet, holes in the fiberglass shower that had never been fixed. The shower curtain was torn. One overhead light...

"Desk clerk was nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Stayed clean and well stocked. Loved being on balcony looking at the river below. Ducks,geese and other animals in the river. Close to restaurants and shops."

"The staff was real helpful. The phone wasn't working in our room. Someone came and fixed it right away. If you are a coffee drinker, beware there is only a small one cup pot in the room. No problem with parking, there was plenty. The food was ok, we ate there a couple of days, but then we started going across the road from us from to the waffle house. We would stay there again, if in the area."

"We loved the location. Our room was very spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. We loved the kitchenette and the balcony. I really have nothing negative to say about the place. I would definitely stay here again."
