"The room was spacious the shower was very good and easy to work and it had big windows which filled the room with a lot of light."

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
