"All the staff members were so much co operative. Front desk lady helped us to check in one our earlier as our request. At 9:45 am one male staff member at breakfast helped us to have pancake machine fixed right away so my kids were able to enjoy pancakes. We felt it great. Because 10 am was cut off time for breakfast. "

"If you are on the fence about this hotel…..do it!! Staff is extremely kind and helpful. You can lay on the bed and watch the surfers riding the waves and watch so many crabs just hanging out. The sunsets are breathtaking from the pool. Open up the windows and listen to the waves all night long. Just wow!! Yes, there is no tv or ac…..but who cares when you can feel the ocean breeze all night long. Definitely recommend having a smaller vehicle as the parking lot is small but it is FREE."

"I was in Kona on a work trip. The hotels in area were way over the U.S. government’s lodging per diem rate. Kona Bali Kai was a very great and affordable option for me. I will definitely be staying there in the future for work again and for vacation in the future as well."

"Everything is overshadowed by the fact that I got to see the biggest Kilauea eruption in decades! "

"Truly, one of our families, favorite getaways! The property was clean, very comfortable, and close to a tremendous amount of amenities. Access to the beach club is such a gift! We enjoyed snorkeling, listening to the beautiful music from the restaurant, and exploring different shops and restaurants that were all a short bike ride away. "Outstanding rental unit for couple. Completely accurate description. Nice finishes and fully equipped. As close to the breaking waves as you can want, but the shore is rocky and swimmable only by the serious. The management company is excellent. "

"I can not say enough about our hosts. I realized on the day we were set to arrive that i had made an error on the booking dates. I reached out to Regina and Scott to see if they could accommodate one extra day due to my error (I thought it was unlikely). Regina went out of her way to accommodate us. I was thrilled and so appreciative. Best hosts ever!!! In addition, the condo was just what we needed. The million dollar view and great location to walk to everything on Ali'i Drive was...

"I booked this location for a guest from Chicago who wasn't going to rent a car. There was no need! He LOVED it here! The location was perfect for him to walk to the beach, eateries, open market, etc. I didn't have to "babysit" him - he had everything he needed at his fingertips. He arrived later than expected, so I was able to go in and place all his necessities - food, drinks, etc. Knutson was amazing! I bothered them to assist with extending and extending his stay - when he didn't...

"Condo was a great location, close to restaurants, Grocery stores and even the theatre. Condo is well equipped with cooking needs."

"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "
