"Hotel is fine. Concept is terrific, Hotel Smart BnB. However one fault was there was no hot water and issue was not corrected following communication with agent."

"The hotel is a few hundred meters from Maastricht station. All the amenities are on your door step. The staff are very helpfull and courtious. I planted a tree in line with the hotels eco-friendliness. I will use again."
