"We chose this hotel knowing it was not a five-star property, and we had reasonable expectations given the price. The check-in process was smooth, the reception area was pleasant, and the hotel initially appeared clean and well organized. Unfortunately, several issues during our stay significantly affected our experience, particularly the lack of customer service, maintenance problems, and the absence of basic guest assistance. "It was sort of not around any good places to eat. No places to store your luggage or to place it. We had to leave the suitcases on the floor. The Bathroom was pretty awesome."

I arrived at 9 pm to a dark house and was shown a room without a bathroom. I asked where it was and was told it was in the hall and was shared with another room. I was shocked but the woman showing me the room told me that the other room was not taken. I figured it was not that bad and acquiesced. However, at one in the...

"Mooie locatie om te verblijven. Vriendelijke gastheer.
