"This is such a unique property and we loved that the original jail doors were left intact. We booked a room with a private bathroom and were impressed with how well the cell spaces are utilized for the hostel.
The front desk staff are helpful with recommendations for dining, etc. and the town is highly walkable, quaint, and fun to explore. The facilities are clean and having luggage storage onsite was also very nice. We also loved the location in the Old Town. Would not hesitate...
"Property located convenient to three countries within a 15-20 minute drive. Well kept updated apartment with espresso machine and pods daily( big plus for me)!! Studio size, not expansive, but great for a solo traveler! Would definitely book again if available!!"
"När man skulle checka in så var det väldigt otydligt i välkomstmailet vilket rum man hade.
Det stod inte heller i entrén vad de olika rummen heter.
Väl på rummet så kan man ej öppna fönstret, luftkonditioneringen var högljudd, gick ej att sänka farten på fläkten, badrumsventilationen förde oväsen, (upptäckte att filtret var helt igensatt) när man demonterade fltret blev det tystare. Likaså med luftkonditioneringen.
Städningen var helt obefintlig för min kollega som bodde på plats i 13...
"This was the most comfortable and clean hostel I have ever stayed in! I did reserve a room with a private bathroom and it was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was decent. The view of the mountains from window was a joy to wake up to every morning. There is a great restaurant just around the corner called the Forum. Excellent food and wonderful staff there as well.
I would stay here again and highly recommend the hostel!"
"This place is amazing, the attention to detail is unbelievable. The entire building is immaculate, the host greets you with a cordial and candy, discount coupon in the room. Breakfast was fabulous. We enjoyed Tamani thermal which was close. This hotel should be rated 5 star and it was so impressive."
