"Checked into room July 30th in the two singles with window. Immediately upon entering the room saw a spider about the size of a loonie or toonie crawl under the one bed. Had to pull out this bed to get it only to find they haven’t vacuumed under the bed in about 5 years. There was multiple other smaller spiders and bugs in the room on the bedding and walls.
Talked to reception and they mentioned they’d give our money back for the issues. 2 weeks later there was nothing still so Expedia reached...
"This place was fresh, new, modern and clean. Its really a very lovely room and ensuite with a massive king sized bed and very comfortable. Highly recommend it as great value for money"
"The apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and the location was good. Close enough to town to pop in for dinner or groceries, but not directly in the middle of town, so nice a quiet. Having a full kitchen and laundry made this very convenient and allowed us to make our own meals when we wanted, as well as do laundry in the middle of our trip."
"Absolutely gorgeous place!! They have stocked the space with everything you could ever need plus luxuries like towel warmers and a really comfortable bed. Can tell a lot of thought has gone into everything. The area is absolutely beautiful, not the main centre but we easily got taxis there and back the entire stay and it feels like a real slice of heaven sat looking out at the beautiful views. We would book here again in a heartbeat!"
"The location is PERFECT!!! The convenient store down the road was awesome and Cromaine Beach is beautiful which is extremely close. Also, not far from Killarney where most of our tours were located. The Host was very responsive and we had great communication with them. He met us at the home to go over everything and gave us clear instructions for our stay and check-out. The only thing I didn’t like was the washer/dryer (didn’t work very well), showers (were small and lose hot water quite a bit),...
