"Very social hostel with organized events planned. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants, free breakfast, free coffee machine close to the bus station, comfortable places to lounge, staff is super helpful, showers are hot, clean, and good value for your money.
Areas that need improvement: Better communication in how to find the place. Need to mention that it's inside the McDonald's entrance. I kept hearing this explained time and again when it should already be explained in the...
"I love everything about this place but mostly how valued and appreciated customers are. The staff are very helpful, organized and communicates well with step by step instructions. Even when checked out I feel welcome and allowed me to stay a bit before heading to the bus station. The location is also convenient for walks and for shopping as well. This place deserves 10 stars"
"Bed was dreadfully uncomfortable. There needs to be better sound proofing- selfish guests returning drunk late at night made a lot of noise- not helpful when you have an early flight"
"The location is excellent. It is close to the railway station, mall and the old town.
The room is clean and comfortable. It will be perfect if there is air conditioning because all the windows in the rooms are facing the inside wall of the building where other apartments put their air conditioner. It was so noisy if we opened the windows and so we had to close the windows but it was very hot in summer."
"J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté et l’espace de l’appartement. L’hôte était aussi, en général, très réactive. En revanche, pas du tout la « view on garden » annoncée. Annonce trompeuse sur cet aspect. Vue peu agréable : En guise de jardin, une mini-terrasse utilisée par la collectivité ( mugs et bols usagés devant la fenêtre de notre chambre ) et pas de chance, terrasse en travaux pendant deux jours…"
"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"
"Arrived to the place closed and after calling the property, I was told they don’t do any booking through Expedia and only do through their website. The place is close to old town and can’t speak for how the place is but don’t book through Expedia to reserve this place"
