I believe the upkeep is average because this resort is definitely on the smaller side and could be maintaining way more. "The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her?

"The property is centrally located, especially for Oistins. It is located off Lodge Road, so it’s on a bus route with buses readily available for going to Bridgetown and surrounding areas. The host was impeccable. Wi-Fi was reliable and consistent."
"Stayed 2 nights while waiting for flights after a cruise. Wonderful place on the Ocean. Great pool and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Would certainly stay here again as it’s a great price when you do not want an all inclusive resort. I gave cleanliness a 5* even though the bathroom had tiny ants coming in from the wall."

"Stedet var meget rent og veholdt når vi annkom. Vi ble godt tatt i mot og fikk omvisning. Huset er velutrustet, og vi savnet ingen ting. Kjøkkenet har moderne komfyr og kjøleskap. Plasseringen er tett ved hovedveien, som gjør det enkelt med transport, men gir en del støy. Stranden er like over gaten.
Alt i alt hadde vi ett serdeles fint opphold på sunset oasis, håper virkelig vi har mulighet til og komme tilbake en gang."
