"Loved every part of my experience. The staff was very helpful and polite. The facility is quite modern and sleek. Convenient location. Loved the capsule I stayed in. Cosy and well thought out. Just the right amount of locker storage space. Great use of tech in access controls and check in process. Highly recommend ;)"

"Great location, on the quiet end of Waikiki, directly across the road from the Hawaiian Hilton Village which has everything you need and a short walk to the beach, I think it's a great place to be. The Waikiki Trolley stop is right outside the hotel which takes you to Ala Moana Shopping Mall (also walkable if you're up for it) and makes its way to Waikiki so getting around is super easy. Lots of great eats around also, food trucks are just up the road and be sure to find the Steak Shack also a...

"Clean room, friendly staff except for two grouchy at front desk, great air conditioning, lots of amenities, ironing board with iron. The bed was too soft, had backache. Loved the room except the bed."

"The room was outdated, hallway smelled like dope every day, loud, sheets were stained, it felt dirty. Rooms need to be remodeled. Expensive for what you get. Front seat staff was great and very friendly."

"The room was okay, and relatively comfortable. I was a day late from checking in due to flight issues but they were still able to accommodate me, it was up the street from all the other members of my family were staying at Hilton resort which was an unexpected bonus for me. It had a microwave and mini fridge and coffee maker.. however there was no outlet on the counter to plug in the coffee maker so had to plug it in on the floor next to the AC. Overall not a bad place for the price"
