"Best hotel ever. We love this hotel. It was our first time to Panama City and we were so happy with our experience. The hotel is a gem, we really appreciated the full kitchen (especially with a toddler!) Full kitchen! Fridge, oven, microwave. I didn't want to leave. There are two buildings- the main building by the beachside. A great outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool) and feet from the turquoise sea. The view is extraordinary. "Hotel location was ok. Longer walk to the beach than most however. The desk person that checked me in was very unfriendly. No smiles from anyone and didn't seem to care if we were staying there or not! Also after I checked in and paid she said I needed to go over to finish my checkin process with an individual at a table who was simply trying to sell entertainment packages which I refused after a few questions. NOT really a part of a check in process! Then we went to the room after dinner...

"Poolside seating was fine! Unfortunately I had to have my room sprayed for roaches. I had both a cockroach and and a huge palmetto bug in my bathroom. I will be asking for a partial refund on Monday! I love the proximity to the beach. There was no place hang clothes. It looked like it had been painted recently but the finishing touches weren’t there. I’m sorry but would Not recommend staying there! It also had a dry drain/ sewer smell outside my room."

"Excellent location near to the beach. Staff helpful and welcoming. Pool and beach area not huge, but adequate. Only issues were a shower that had non existent pressure and no where to sit in the room other than the bed."
