"The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. "The hostel is in a good location. Easy walk downhill to the ferry. Hostel also has a restaurant close to the ferry. Food there was very good and reasonable. The breakfast was very basic. The hostel needs to replace its towels and sheets. "
