"The taxi brought us to the wrong (same name) hotel in same city. They immediately offered to take us to the correct hotel. On arriving (near midnight), I had used my cell phone to provide confirmation etc. In distress for being at wrong hotel, I left my phone on counter. A second trip by staff to proper hotel. Service beyond exceptional and room was terrific."
