"Unbelievable how small the room was (2 twins and a bunkbed). Shower right next to bed so zero privacy. Claustrophobic toilet with no fan. Lighting was weird. Bunk was not made up - apparently it is "against the law" to make the bed due to safety issues?! Mattresses are covered in plastic so pretty hot to sleep. If you are utterly exhausted and just need a place to crash I suppose this fits the bill and the price is cheap!"

"Most staff wasn’t very helpful with a few nice ones or they just stared at you. Tv didn’t work asked to sort it and didn’t. Said they couldn’t help me with charging my phone as was about to do and then waited to see my cry and my phone died to then ‘see if you could help’"

"Easy commute to the city centre and reasonably priced. Overall good condition with basic facilities."

"Good area to stay at, yet the room was smelling like cigarettes and the bathroom was tiny. Also the equipment in the rooms were a little less than ok. All in all the bed was comfy, the room itself was somewhat spacious and again, the area was great. Staff was fine. 3/5 stars from our side."
