"Bathtub was poor, doors squeaked. Couldn't come or go from the room without disturbing other occupants."

"Room was okay. Nothing fancy but I wasn't expecting fancy. Carpet was dirty and there were cobwebs on the wall. Blanket was stained. Checkin staff was nice but my room keys didn't work and when I went to get help, she was gone. I sat in the lobby for about 15 minutes before she came back and I could get the keys fixed to get into my room. Lots of construction going on so obviously the appearance of the building on the outside was subpar, but understandable. "

"The actual room could have been worth the very inexpensive price but the door would not lock from the outside, dry blood on the blankets, the tub was too dirty to use and they forgot to put toilet paper in the room. I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror that when people walk by they can see what's in your room from the mirror. I used my robe to hang on the corner for privacy, especially because the door would not lock. I'll update once I receive the call to find out what they would like to discuss. I hope an apology at the least. It was just one night so not a big deal but there's so many other hotels within close distance that offer so much more for only a little more money. The McDonald's is very close and their food was great. "
