All my food, all my items, everything in the bathroom. Well over $1,000+ worth of stuff & they have done nothing to help me, wont reimburse me.... absolute nightmare considering & cant just go re-buy all that stuff. I travel every 3-4 days for work so i'm constantly jumping around. Huge huge issue & a big slap in the face. Horrible service"

"The king size bed was horrible. It must be old. It was lumpy and had permanent indents you rolled into and had to sleep in them. I only slept about 4 hours a night for the 5 nights I was there. The shower was great. Whatever they use to clean the hotel with had an awful smell. It was not a clean smell. It was more like a cover-up smell."

"The only thing lacking was a mirror in the room. Bathroom had the only mirror in the handicap room. Difficult to get dress without a full length mirror."
