"This was hands down the best stay we had during our Japan trip! The staff was so lovely, professional, and accommodating. We got there early in the day and were able to store our luggage while we toured Hakone prior to check-in. The entire property oozes peace and luxury. Our room was so comfortable. We took advantage of half-board and the meals and service were exceptional. Hakone doesn’t have many options for food, so this actually seemed to make the most sense to us and I’m so glad we did it!...

"部屋は広くはありませんが、コンパクトで清潔で過ごしやすい部屋です。ベッドは疲れるとれるいいベットでした。 朝ごはんはおいしく、配膳をしている際、キッチンの中が見えましたが、隅々までピカピカで素晴らしいと思いました。 少しのトラブルをホテル側に伝えましたところ、支配人の方が丁寧に応対してくださり、快適に過ごすことができました。 いいホテルだから、また泊まりたいし、皆さんにもおすすめしたいです。"
