"Riverwatch is a wonderful home near the Maine Botanical Gardens. We stay in Boothbay often and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. It was immaculate and had all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed cooking our Thanksgiving dinner in the beautiful kitchen. The management crew even left us a Thanksgiving dinner setup. "the Inn was in the perfect location. Restaurants and shops are close by. The host was a very helpful and accommodating and it was very friendly atmosphere. "Convenient off Rt. 1. Stayed here before heading to ferry terminal in Rockland for early start to Vinalhaven. Walkable distance over the river back to Wiscasett for dinner. Walls and floors seem "thin" or not heavily insulated - lots of noise from upstairs and next door at various points in the evening."

"Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. "

"My family and I stayed at 312 Ocean Point for my 50th birthday vacation trip to Maine in October. The weather was absolutely fabulous and the house was the perfect location for day trips up to Camden and Damariscotta. The cottage is decorated so nicely and was very clean. Beds were also very comfortable. My son, age 15, would have spent the entire time up in the loft if there were a TV or game system up there (just an idea). Thank you!"
