"The hotel is taking reservations but is completely closed down. I had family staying in the same hotel and they booked through a different site and the site booked them a new hotel the week before our stay due to closure. When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open. We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door. "

"Gathered my family for the holiday weekend and had a great stay at this property. The house and bedding were in great condition and clean. We enjoyed the many spots around the house to host and hang out with family. The water pressure in the showers was perfect. My favorite part of our stay was walking around the property early in the morning. We will most definitely look into booking this property again, when in the area. "

"We came to Texas for a graduation and celebrated our daughters birthday at this home. It was big enough for all 9 of us that stayed in the home and the 6-11 others that lived in the area to join the gathering. The kids spent a good portion of time in the pool and enjoying the games. The only very minor issue we had they were quick to respond too. We had plenty of towels and everything else we needed. So grateful we found this property. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area....

"Very nice home with modern decor and plenty of bedding. The table was large, and it seated my entire family for meals. The back patio was very comfortable to enjoy while the kids used the hot tub. "

"Big fishing trip planned for 4 days 3 nights. Fished 2 days and only caught brim, I assumed there was all types of fish and maybe stocked ( my fault for not asking) but the description of property does say “lots of fishing to be done “. Other than having to go to lake Tawakani to catch fish for the fish fry the accommodations were great. "
