"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the price since most hotel rooms out in Avalon cost an arm and a leg. It was affordable, incredibly good location, very comfortable with a very good bathroom, and the staff were all very kind during check-in and check-out. This is definitely one of my new favorite places to stay when I visit Avalon!"

"1st the property has 4 stories high but no elevator which wasnt disclosed until days before my visit and I couldn't get another hotel at the last minute. 2nd the carpet around mini frig was soaked and all they did was leave a small loud dryer in room. I removed it from the room because it was so loud and in the way. 3rd the room was so small with large bed frame that was approx 8 inches from mattress causing my boyfriend to hit his shin twice leaving a bruise. 4th the bathroom had no shelf space...

"I was very disappointed with this hotel.The room was dirty and did not looked like photos.The furniture was worn out.The bathroom was not clean.I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to others."

"Quick check in. Quiet. Was told there was breakfast but it was just bread, muffins, coffee and orange juice. Went to shower and realized there was no body wash. Was given a bunch of hair conditioner. Conveniently located though."

"As with many of the rentals in Avalon, there's some street noise and possible noisy neighbors. We were provided with ear plugs that helped. Excellent advice and information given by nice woman at the front entry desk/check-in area. Coffee maker and microwave and refrigerator. A close walk to all sites of Avalon."
