"Check in was easy. We took the shuttle to the Metro. It was very convenient. The room was very clean add breakfast was delicious. "

They informed of us of the parking fee however, did not tell us about the additional parking if the (small lot) was full. We spent 30 minutes one evening driving around the block trying to find parking. When we asked at the front desk later about additional parking we were informed of the parking garage and back parking that we had no clue...

"Good hotel but poor amenities. No pool, no vending. And poor security. My door lock requires my card to be repogrammed every few hours and the desk never asked for ID or to verify my room. They just programmed it for whatever room I told them. Would be very easy for someone to get staff to give them a key to another person's room. "

However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities. Additionally, a $100 security deposit was required. Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking....

"The property/rooms are spotless and very roomy. The front desk staff, cleaning team and breakfast team are superb! Breakfast quality is excellent and chef Andy and Enith ensured that breakfast was fresh and well stocked at all times (best oatmeal!). We had such a pleasant experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so worthwhile. "
