"Overall it was a nice, quiet place to stay. The only thing that was difficult is being on 3 rd floor with no elevator access. I’m handicapped and the stair climb was difficult. Luckily a nice gentleman carried my suitcase up for me. The tv selection for viewing was poor and you need smaller plates to fit into microwave "

"This Oceanside home at The Villas was perfect home to have time with our new grandson and adult children. It was a perfect location to visit the sites of beautiful St. Augustine, visit Great Nana and the beach too! All the touches of home were available and made our time together perfect. Beautiful accommodations. "

"The unit was clean and well stocked. The property was well located with good access to the beach. The only issue though was the master was on the hot side although the AC was blowing. We ended up using the ceiling fan a lot. Otherwise, our stay was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. "

"Enjoyed our stay; even with a smoker next door..Issue that was resolved quickly - furnace filter was very dirty and replaced same day as notified.Living room rug is very dirty and we tried to vacuum but vacuum first needed to be cleaned well.Outside furniture is very brittle and a bit concerned to sit in; we had our own folding chairs - thank goodness. All in all - we would stay again. "

"A great place to vacation. It had all the amenities we needed for the week. The short walk to the beach was great and the pool was clean and inviting. A short walk to 3 great local restaurants was also a plus. The condo was clean, and the views are amazing. One of our most memorable moments was watching a rocket launch from the cape just after sunset. We will most certainly visit again! "

The porch with its chairs was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location is ideal—close to the beach yet quiet enough to rest. The host was very attentive, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!"

"This was a beautiful beach home located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. The inside of the home was roomy and laid out well. We spent a lot of time outside on the frront porch, back deck, and private sitting area enjoying the Florida sunshine. There was also a brand new hot tub available for our use. Lauren, our host, truly thought of everything we would need for a beach vacation! I"
