"The property was amazing and the staff was extremely accommodating. We had to check in after hours due to a train delay and the staff made that process seamless. The photos did not do the room justice! The balcony over the medieval alleyway was a sublime place to rest after a long day exploring everything the old city has to offer. It was a 1minute walk (if that) to the Piazza del Campo and a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. With numerous bars and restaurants at your finger tips it was easy to feel...

He gave us great recommendations for dinner and things to do. We had a lovely stay and were sad to leave. Absolutely recommend this hotel. It is convenient with multiple access to exit and enter.
