"This experience started off really badly due to Hotels.com allegedly not having paid the property. We were asked to pay when the owners arrived but after proving that we had already paid, the owners let us stay but were still adamant that they hadn't been paid. Unfortunately, we believe them. I contacted Hotels.com on line who said they would ring the property, which they did but no-one spoke Spanish, so I talked to them. "We have stayed here many times on on our way to and from Santander it is very convenient and safe parking. It has an excellent pool and the room is basic but very clean. There is a bus stop near by to take you into the city which runs at regular intervals and drops you off right in the centre of this wonderful city. The staff are very helpful and mostly friendly. We will always use this site when we are passing through."
