"We had a below standard stay in this house to say the least. At the last minute the owner moved us from the unit B we booked to the "mirror image" unit A on the other side (side by side duplex). It very much was a bait-and-switch tactic. We booked months ago. This happened the morning of our arrival, and things got worse after that.
