"This hotel is a big con / rip off. THERE IS NO ROAD TO THIS PROPERTY. Must cross the jungle for 1/2 kilometers Don’t pick unless u have a Motorcross bike. Once I was there I can not find transportation out there go anywhere. Hotel care taker said he will drive me with hotel tuk tuk but he is rarely available. I picked the more expensive room out of the two options, but when I checked in I was given room with no AC, they said AC room will b available the night after. The day after when I was...

"We booked and paid via hotel.com BUT when we arrived the manager explained Expedia instructed him to charge us for the room. We spent 2 hours chatting with hotels.com whereby they promised to refund us, so we also paid cash (so double) while waiting for hotels.com to refund us. BUT we now received a email explaining they could NOT get in contact with hotel and will NOT REFUND us! "

"Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal und auch der Manager. Es sind alle auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Manche Zimmer sind allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben das Zimmer getauscht weil die Wände ziemlich feucht waren was man auch gerochen hat. Es wurde aber sofort das Zimmer getauscht und es gab ein Update mit Klimaanlage. Es waren im Endeffekt schöne Tage im Hemadan. Ich kann mit Einschränkung empfehlen "
