"This was one of the best motels I have stayed in. Right from check in to check out everything was wonderful. The rooms were very clean the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar was very well stocked and very clean. This motel gives you a small hometown feel the mats very inviting. I would definitely stay again and am looking forward to my next stay there. "

"It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again"

"Beautiful setting! Lovely rooms clean and had wonderful amenities. Need sign by spa tub to turn it on as switch on wall near shower and not at all obvious! Front desk attendant on check-in gave mis info on breakfast and breakfast attendant not very engaging. Checkout clerk extremely helpful!"

"We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,...
