"This is not a 2 star hotel. Do not let this fool you. This property is amazing!! The front desk was very nice and the rooms were clean. It’s a 10 min walk to the city center but it’s along the river and quite peaceful. I looked into why it only has two stars and it’s because Spain requires every hotel to have a star rating based on certain amenities. This hotel can not go over two stars because it doesn’t have a 24 hour reception. That’s the only reason. We had a wonderful and pleasant stay in a...
"This was a lovely little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it was only a short walk into Ascain where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return again when in the area"
"I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was very peaceful and pleasant. Check in was simple, the beds were comfortable and a good amount of space per bunk. Digital locks for lockers and coming and going. Powerful shower heads, cozy kitchen and lounge area. I had a great stay!"
"This was excellent except for one huge annoyance at the beginning. My lock didn't work, wouldn't stay locked. I had checked in after hours, and they said they would be there in 10 minutes to fix it, but it was actually 30. The next day they lied about why the lock had been broken. Other than that the stay was excellent, and I would stay there again, but that was an irritating way to start"
