The bathroom is clean, Western style with running hot and cold water 24 hours a day. The restaurant is good, and will make meals to order at odd hours like 3pm. The day reception Manager Anil Kumar is excellent, always answers the phone quickly and assists with all services requested including booking trains, autorickshaws and taxis and providing extra drinks. One free one litre sealed bottle of Romanov purified water is provided daily in the deluxe room, and extra bottles can be purchased for 20 rupees each, which staff bring to the room. They assist with shopping, transport and go above and beyond expectations. The night reception Manager was also good. The 2 room attendants, Manik and Vinod, are also excellent, and very helpful, weighed my suitcases for me repeatedly until they were within the 25kg airline requirement. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller and well looked after by the staff. This hotel presents well, is near a vegetarian restaurant, pharmacy, other shops & restaurants. Its a 15 minute 300 Rs tuk tuk ride to Amritapuri ashram"
