"This is a nice property. We had a large room with plenty of space. The person who checked us in did a great job of explaining all of the amenities and the cookies are a nice touch. This hotel gives you a lot of value and extras that you have to pay for other places. "The property was run down, but they were clearly in the process of renovating. There were signs stating that there would be construction noise 8am-6pm. Not a problem. The room was clean, and decently appointed. The lighting is mismatched and some bulbs are bright white and hard on the eyes. Empty tissue box, but whatever. The issue is that the elevator has a sign saying do not go to the 4th floor because it’s under construction. My room was on the 3rd floor. I’m not sure why it was so critical...
