"Most disgusting sh*thole ever!!! BEDBUGS!!!! The 1st room- the TV didn't work. The front desk lady told me to come down to switch it. When I got in the elevator I almost slipped because the whole thing had puddles. No wet caution sign. When I got down there, the water trailed all the way down the hall & lobby to the pool. When I mentioned it, she shrugged it off like it's normal because kids just got out. They switched me to "a suite that is their most expensive room" because they didn't have...

"Place was discusting, broken everything, blood stains on the bed and sheets, broken shower bar hanging down off the wall, broken cabinets, stained chair and ottoman, the room stunk like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking, the property was disgustingly. It is obviously a haven for drugs and other illicit activities. We ended up leaving and not even staying at the place. The deadbolt warned to keep it locked… it was broken and had been replaced numerous times. Do not stay."

"Our stay was outstanding! Really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa! It was snowing when we arrived, so the hot water in the spa felt amazing. The shower in our room was one of the best showers ever, with good hot water and fantastic water pressure! Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience!!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Its a pretty basic room but nice. Just an fyi there are no usb ports in the room, so you have to have an adapter to charge your electronics. I was there for medical reasons, my husband was in the hospital, they kept changing his discharge date and the afternoon front desk workers were fantastic at helping me extend my stay without having to change rooms. I was so grateful to them for their help. I usually didn't have any problem finding a parking spot when I...
