"Motel was in a lousy area far from the beach. Room never got cleaned. Left a day early. Even after paying for the day. Over 250.00 I won't be back."

"Staff (owners I’d assume) were nice older folks. Rooms are VERY outdated, and could use some TLC. Tiny room, floor not clean, found pieces of leaves scattered about the floor. There was a girl softball team, staying there as well, a lot of loud talking, screaming, shrieking, giggling carrying on until midnight. Absolutely unacceptable. However, I spoke to one of the owners and he said he would take care of it, and I believe he did because Saturday night was very quiet. The best thing I can...

"Property was clean and staff were extremely helpful"

"No one cleaned our room, despite two requests - including one to housekeeping who was standing right outside our door as my husband left and promised they’d clean our room next. We called ahead to ask for a rollaway bed, then asked at check-in. Both times we were told the hotel was busy (for different reasons) with no extra beds. When we asked a third staff member, she actually made a request - and there were beds available. It was strange that the first two staff members never even checked....

"Room was small but adequate. Bathroom very small, shower extremely small, no place to set things except on window sill. Beds very comfortable. Check in was virtual, would have been nice to meet owners. Property was beautiful as well as clubhouse. Parking lot could use some painted lines, but we were one of three guests there at the time. Id stay again if i could get a lake view room with 2 beds."
