"I stayed here in 2025 and I must say that I saw a huge improvement across the board at Hostel 165. It seems like some renovations may have been done. The staff were quite attentive and regularly cleaned the bathrooms, restocking toilet paper etc. There’s no longer a stove in the kitchen so there’s a lot less activity in a small area. The fridges are still overflowing and need to be cleaned down. Overall, I do recommend that Hostel 165 is a good option when staying in this area of Madrid."

"Great location"

"Staff excellent Shops nearby No ne Han devuelto mi depósito"

"La habitación es muy pequeña y las paredes están descuidadas, el baño también es pequeño. Las zonas comunes si están muy bien cuidadas y tienen todo lo que uno necesita"

"The property was great, and the staff was good to work with and helpful. The room did not have any closet or drawer space, so we had to live out of our suitcases. Otherwise, it was nice and in a good central location."

"Staff was helpful."

"One off the worst places I ever stay cleaning lady racists and it’s no front desk I’ll definitely never ever stay again there"

Al ser un servicio !00% virtual, al ocurrir imprevistos no hay nadie en el lugar que pueda asistirte. En mi caso, por ejemplo, llegué después de las 12 de la noche y el sistema había anulado mi...

"The building is confusing until you learn which elevator takes you where. The room was clean but had a stale coffee odor coming from the heater, I turned the heater off and the smell went away. The hallways were neatly decorated. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors walking around and children running and playing. There is no early check-in which is a bummer because my flights to Madrid land early in the morning and being able to just get to the hotel for a nap would be great....

"Buena ubicación, cerca del Metro, la Sra. Elena siempre muy atenta y amable"

"I loved staying here. Home away from home! Great little neighbourhood"

"My room and bathroom were very clean. The towels were impeccably clean and fresh, making them a pleasure to use. Also, the cleaning ladies were friendly and courteous."
