When we refused and showed we had paid in full, suddenly we were informed the lift was broken. Rooms are tiny and not as described. Cupboards couldn’t even be opened because the room is so small. "Very good staff, perfect location, reasonable price. I really enjoyed my time there. I've bern there in winter time in December. It's not a very luxurious hotel but clean and comfortable one. I'd recommend especially if you solo travel. "
