"Nice location that was close to the train station. Roberto was very kind to stay after 8p desk closing to help us get checked in when our train was late."

"The person who was checking us in couldn't speak English at all, and we don't speak Italian. He demanded from us a city tax of 2eur/person and become very upset when we didn't want to pay it ( that's because according to email from Expedia it should be 1eur/person). We translated the email for him but, nevertheless, he was quite unpleasant towards us. Later in the day some other guy (with a bit of English) waved the payment off but the two of them treated us like an evil necessity till the end...
