"Great location in Baden-Baden. The room was very clean & nicely renovated. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection & staff that were on top of everything."

"Room was very spacious and I recommend getting one with the ground floor patio. It’s very close to the Caracalla spa which is very convenient. A short walk from historic area with restaurants and shops. Some rooms have weird steps up and down within. If that’s an accessibility issue please check which one. Didn’t try the restaurant."

"If you want a room with air conditioning, you must ask. Since we traveled in the summer it was important to us to have air conditioning."

"Nice hotel which a great view. Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy. The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited). Also, the bar wasn’t open. In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area."

"Room was stunning as was the rooftop bar and pool. Location was great. The food offering is limited. Very much Asian. Even then the night we tried to dine in the rooftop bar a lot of things were not available. The hotel made amends. Albeit, we had dinner in the Italian restaurant across the road (closest to the hotel as there are two). It was fantastic."
