Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "

The breakfast buffet isn't really worst it (20euros pp, basic food). Shopping center, restaurant and supermaket are at the corner. "
