"The hotel was walking distance from the old city centre but was also opposite a metro station with bus and tram stops right outside. Travelling around was easy. Live plants abound in public areas, friendly, helpful staff. Our bedroom was spacious with a roomy bathroom and the lounge bistro area was welcoming, the food and drink was very good. Breakfast was a varied buffet with a good range of food options constantly replenished. The hotel seemed to cater for both tourists and business and had a good, friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed our short stay very much and would happily return."

The location is excellent—just a short walk to shopping areas and the charming old town, making it perfect for both exploring and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—very good selection and quality, a great way to start the day. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating—truly a standout in hospitality. We really wish all hotel staff were as warm and welcoming as she was!"
