If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

We arrived in Zurich a little past midnight and this is where the trouble began. We were given a code to get into the building and the code wouldn’t work. Luckily, a kind mother and daughter let us into the building after 30 minutes of attempting to get in. I contacted the host and they sent the exact code we had been given (that wasn’t working) and told me that I was probably typing it in wrong. These messages I didn’t even receive until the following morning. What if there hadn’t been anybody that just happened to be entering the building?? I brought this up to the host who basically said “well, at least you got in some way” and did absolutely nothing to help us. The listing was false advertisement as the room looked nothing like what was pictured. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. Would never recommend.
