We ordered cappuccinos and the person made them from the self serve machine and put them in a mug instead of taking the time to make them properly by hand. Also our instant coffee maker was not working in the room. The beds were a but stiff. Alex was very good. Location is great. We were happy overall.

Hotelli oli miljööltään kotoisan oloinen, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen oli oikein mainio! Kaikki sujui oikein mukavasti, ainoastaan yöaikaan läheisellä kadulla olevalta rakennustyömaalta kuului koviä ääniä, mikä hieman häiritsi, mutta hotellilla tuskin on siihen paljon mahdollisuuksia vaikuttaa.

The room quality doesn’t match the lobby aesthetically - I’d consider the rooms pretty basic. Bed was ok - pillows were nice. The person who checked us in couldn’t have been less interested in the customer service experience. The area seemed nice and location was close to a train station that made it easy to get to the airport. Glad we only stayed here the one night.

It is not a luxury hotel ! But it is comfy ! Personnel are nice , the food not too bad ! Breakfasts could be better ! They should take off bath and have just shower , it is dangerous for old people to step in and out ! Anyway my room was the biggest it was spot on and view also ! Slept well ! Lovely hotel. Didn't know it was the sister property of the the Ambassador, until the person who checked us out remembered us from that hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful. My wife actually left her purse on the chair at the downstairs bar, and after 10 minutes, nobody had took it. That was a relief.

Upon arrival the splendour of the old building, its design and location was a stand out. The reception staff greeted us with poise and helpfulness. Our room, initially, was not what we hoped for. It was no trouble for the staff to change our room to one with a balcony - such was their helpfulness. Our stay was made easier by the ready availability of fresh fruit and milk sachets for guests. Sitting in the parlour was a joy as there were plenty of interesting books to read. A highly recommended venue - classy, close to anything you want to see and do - we felt very special as guests and nothing troubled the staff. Highly recommended

Zimmergrösse sehr ökonomisch, Fenster liess sich nicht schließen, nachdem der sehr kompetente junge Empfangschef es am nächsten Tag schließen konnte, konnte es nucht nehr geöffnet werden. Die defekte Nespresso-Maschine wurde azch am 2. TAG nach Reklamation ausgetauscht. AB 7: 30 gab es jeden Tag großen Lärm auf der Straße, klang nach Bauarbeiten. Lage drs Hotels hinter der Oper ideal, vom Hbf mit ddr Linie 11 gut erreichbar.
