Staff very helpful, would go out of way to help the clients, very safe area and transport just almost outside, THEY MUST RE-ARRANGE ROOM, Sink in the room(no). Would stay again but in different toom. We had premium double room with balcony, its a one room and sink in the room, although, it did show in pictures.

I had a very good experience staying there for my solo trip. The interior is very clean. The staff member Mina was very attentive and made some arrangements for me because I couldn't enjoy the breakfast due to the early train schedule next morning. I'd recommend it.

It’s mid July and Ac wasn’t functioning, tiny fan we couldn’t sleep properly, otherwise all good, staffs were friendly, clean, good nice, feel very safe area, continental breakfast

I am so glad that we chose this place to stay. The staff were very communicative about our parking needs. Parking is very tight, but they gave great instructions on how to find it. The hotel was very nice and modern. Staff were very helpful, and they served a good breakfast. It was in a great location - close to restaurants, shopping and transportation system.

Incredibly spacious room, very clean and quiet (we were lucky enough to face the back - maybe if we'd faced the front, the noise from the trams would've been quite loud?), complimentary breakfast, and lovely staff. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in Zurich!
