"I stayed there, for its proximity to the end of the Engadin Ski Marathon and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this very, very old hotel is. It’s thoroughly modern, in excellent condition, has a superb staff, an impressive breakfast menu and is a very good value. Groomed cross country track is within a 15 min walk; downhill is half an hour away. Trains to wherever you want to go. St Moritz is easily within range using the train. Nice winter hotel.
